Metamorphosis is looking for a skilled Business Development Manager who could work on developing relationships with clients based on trust. The candidate is expected to acquire a thorough understanding of the customers’ needs and requirements. The responsibilities also include conducting workshops and demos and offline marketing apart from resolving client issues and complaints.
Job Responsibilities & Duties
Identifying and creating leads for potential academic partnerships.
Owning the complete sales closing life cycle for B2B & B2C leads. This includes meeting set up, product demonstration, sales closing, and post-sales relationship management.
Building and managing a pan-India network of potential partners for our current offerings - academic institutions, ed-tech companies, student club associations, etc
Client Relationship Management - this would include post-closing of the sale, managing the relationship, and renewing business.
Collecting feedback and success stories, promoting stakeholders & making case studies from current partners and for potential partners.
Coaching & guiding the Junior Business Development Executives on Sales Plan & Execution Cycle.
Requirements and Academic qualifications:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability in problem-solving and negotiation.
Fast Learner and passion for sales
Thorough understanding of the market.
Self Motivated with a results-driven approach.
BBA, MBA (Marketing Specialization)
2- 4 years of experience in Sales & Marketing (preferably in Edutech Industry)
